49ers at Falcons
After beating the Packers at home 49ers now go to Atlanta. They take on a Falcons team that beat the 49ers' division
rival, the Seahawks, with an impressive 34 sec FG drive to win.
Both teams are excellent on offense. The only notable difference is that San Francisco runs the ball more. If you saw

The most important difference in the two teams shows up in a comparison of defensive stats. Against the pass 49ers
are near league leaders, allowing just 5.29 yards per attempt (rank T2). Falcons allow 6.69 (rank 22). Also working
against Atlanta on defense is that they don't run the ball much when on offense (24 times, rank 27). If they perform to season stats, the 49ers
will get too many plays in the game.
