Raiders at Texans
Oakland takes their impressive 12-4 record to Houston, nearly winning a tough AFL West crown. But they're injured: down two QBs.
You would have to expect their passing game to take a hit. Houston, also with QB injuries will start their season-opening QB who put up
modest numbers. With little stat info to go on, both offenses appear a question mark for our computer.
Defensive stats give us something to look at. See: Opponent Yards per Pass Attempt Allowed, our
Killer Stat, Defense which gives the edge to Houston. Texans rank 4th, allowing a measly 5.83 yards per pass while the
Raiders occupy the bottom spot, giving up a whopping 7.8 yards per oppenent pass. This could be a good opportunity for the Texan QB to turn around a lackluster start with his new team. See the chart, below, Oakland Raiders, Opp Yards per Pass Allowed.
