Titans at Chiefs

When the Titans travel to KC for this Saturday's game, their challenge will be on defense, stopping a productive Chiefs' offense. Chiefs take care of the footbal, giving away league's fewest turnovers at 0.50 per game. Very stingy. Additionally, they move the football ranking 6th (but a near tie for second) at 7.15 yards per pass.

Titans rank middle of the pack on most stats, offense and defense. KC rates near bottom on defense. Titans may have some success offensively against the modest Chiefs' defense. That's their one hope.

Look for the Chiefs' offense to conrol the game. Move the ball, pick up firsts, make few mistakes and keep the ball away from the Titans. The computer gives the Chiefs, at home, a 5 1/2-point edge. Chiefs seem to have recovered from a dreadful midseason slump where they lost 6 of 7. I'll side with our computer and look for KC to move on to the next round.
