Scatterplots by Division

If Goode's Winning Index and Winning Margin are closely related, the helmets will nearly lie on a line.
You can estimate Winning Margin if you know Goode's Winning Index.

Just find the value on the bottom chart scale, trace straight up to the imaginary line through the helmets
and then straight over to the chart scale on the left.

For example:

Cleveland Browns were weakest on Goode's Winning Index at -2.11 and earned -16.33 on Winning Margin.
Indianapolis Colts were strongest on Goode's Winning Index at 1.89 and earned 12.22 on Winning Margin.
