Commanders at Lions

The Commanders beat the Bucs on the road and now travel to take on the Lions in Detroit. They'll face a more potent Lions team that's been our pick to make the Super Bowl from early on, week 5, I think. The Lions offense will be tough to stop, it probably takes a big play or two on defense to derail their attack. Not something the Commanders have been doing this season, only grabbing as many as two interceptions once, amd going without 10 times.

On pass offense, the Commanders are in the top half with a 10th ranking. The Lions are one of the league's best, ranking 2nd. Killer Stat, Offense.

On pass defense, Washington comes in a respectable 5th. Not making the task too easy for Lions. The Lions pass defense, not strong at 27th ranking might present a bit of a matchup problem. Our computer likes the Lions at home by 11.5 after including 3 points for the home field. Lions just score too many points and I see them outscoring the Commanders in this one, but maybe not running away with it.
